-Taking one customer at a time to check in & out at the front room.
-Stylists are wearing masks during the service.
-Requesting you to stay home if you are feeling “off”.

Cancellations
Upon booking, a major credit card is required in order to confirm your reservation. A minimum of 24 hours' notice must be given to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid being charged the full price for your treatments to the credit card holding your reservation.
Minimum age requirements
The studio guest must be 19 years old and older. For the safety and comfort of your children, yourself, and our guests, we appreciate your support and understanding of our guidelines regarding having your children in the salon and spa. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can register and have time to calm your eyelids for treatment or To maintain the blissfulness of the studio, we ask that you silence your mobile phones and electronic devices upon arrival. Regretfully, untimely arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment time, in order to remain on schedule for subsequent guests.
We kindly ask that you withhold from using any fragranced hair products, lotions, cologne or perfume on the day of your appointment, due to allergies of our other guests and staff.
Valuables
Please leave your valuables at home. SHOKO LASH STUDIO will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Gratuity
Our team works hard to help you achieve the look you are looking for. While gratuity is optional and at your discretion, it is kindly accepted.
For your safety
Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any services. Kindly inform your stylist of any existing medical conditions by completing a registration form prior to receiving your treatments. SHOKO LASH STUDIO reserves the right to discontinue a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.
